  2. Setup runs itself. Your market is built around you, and your first read starts while you watch.
  3. Start pricing. Take the night in front of you, change it or leave it, and carry on with the day.

  • Basic — £99.99 a month. Read your market and price against it.
  • Pro — £159.00 a month. For pricing as a daily habit rather than a monthly panic.
  • Pro+ — £259.00 a month. Adds where your direct business leaks, and whether guests can find you.
  • Enterprise — from £499.00 a month. The only plan that carries more than one property.

Questions

Do I need a property system, or to install anything?
No. RatePulse works from the day you sign up, with nothing to install and no integration project. If you do run a property system, connecting it sharpens your own numbers and opens the operational side — but it is never a condition of starting.
How long does setup take?
Minutes. Type your hotel's name, confirm what we found, and the rest runs itself while you watch. Your market is built around you and your first read begins immediately.
How does the trial work?
Fourteen days on Pro+, the fullest plan, starting when you create your hotel. No card, and nothing to cancel if you walk away — the trial simply ends.
Can I run more than one property?
Enterprise carries a portfolio and the board that goes with it. Basic, Pro and Pro+ are single-property plans, and you can move up whenever a second hotel arrives.
Does it work with the system I already run?
It works on its own, which is the point — you are not waiting on an integration before you can price. Today it connects directly to HOP; if you run something else, tell us what it is and we will say plainly whether we can read it yet rather than promise a date. Either way you can start now, and connecting later only sharpens your own numbers.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing you have to undo. There is no card on file, so it simply stops — pick a plan when you are ready, or walk away and nothing is charged. If you do continue, your market, your competitors and everything read during the trial are already there.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It is yours. Ask and we will export what we hold, and closing an account closes it properly rather than leaving it dormant.
